Three things had to be true
The product is short because the problem was specific. Each of these came out of a month where we got it wrong.
It started as our own problem
We ran campaigns for clients and watched the leads arrive in four places at once — a Meta form, a website enquiry, a spreadsheet and somebody's WhatsApp. The ones that closed were simply the ones somebody happened to see first.
So capture came before everything
Every source lands on the same list, in the same shape, with the campaign it came from still attached. That is the part most CRMs leave to you, and it is the part that decides whether the rest of the system is telling the truth.
And the conversation stayed on the record
Email, WhatsApp and SMS are sent from the lead they belong to, and replies come back to the same thread. Nothing has to be copied in afterwards, which is why nothing goes missing.
