Cookie Policy

DigiPix Flow, operated by Prisello Private Limited, uses cookies and similar technologies to provide, secure and improve the DigiPix Flow website and platform.

This site runs no advertising or remarketing tags. Everything below is either required to keep you signed in and safe, or measures how the marketing site is used — including the third-party cookies Microsoft sets for Clarity, described under Analytics.

1. What a cookie is here

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser so it can recognise the same browser on the next request. We also use the browser's own local storage for a few preferences that never leave your device — a collapsed sidebar, a chosen tab, an unsent draft.

Local storage is not a cookie and is not sent to us. Clearing it loses the preference and nothing else.

One exception travels with a request you choose to send. When you arrive on the site from a link carrying campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign), the site keeps those three tags in the browser's session storage until the tab is closed. If you then ask for a callback or send an enquiry, the tags go with it, so we know which campaign brought you. Nothing else is kept, and nothing is sent unless you submit a form.

2. Strictly necessary

These cannot be switched off, because without them signing in does not work. They carry no advertising identifier and are not shared.

  • Session cookie — keeps you signed in to your workspace and identifies which workspace it is
  • CSRF token — proves a request came from the page you were on, not another site
  • Turnstile — the anti-abuse check on public forms, set by Cloudflare on our behalf

3. Analytics

The marketing site can load Google Analytics 4 to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It is loaded only when a measurement ID is configured, so it is absent entirely from builds that have none.

The marketing site also loads Microsoft Clarity, which turns how visitors scroll, click and move through a page into heatmaps and session recordings so we can find pages that confuse people. Clarity masks sensitive content, such as what you type into form fields, before it is recorded.

Clarity sets two cookies on this site: _clck, which keeps a pseudonymous Clarity ID, and _clsk, which joins the pages of one visit into a single recording. Microsoft also sets third-party cookies on its own domains: CLID, which recognises a browser across sites that use Clarity, and MUID with its helpers SM, MR and ANONCHK, which Microsoft describes as identifying browsers across Microsoft sites for advertising, site analytics and other operational purposes. We do not use them for advertising.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Clarity sets none of these cookies unless consent is given. Browsers that send Global Privacy Control do not load Clarity at all.

Analytics is not loaded inside the product. Nothing in your CRM data — leads, contacts, deals or messages — is sent to an analytics provider.

4. Your choices

Every browser can block or delete cookies, and most can do it per site. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop sign-in from working; blocking analytics has no effect on the product.

Browser-level signals such as Global Privacy Control are honoured for analytics where the browser sends them.
