CRM integrations for your lead sources, channels and stack
CRM integrations that bring leads in from Meta, Google Ads, IndiaMART and your website, connect WhatsApp, email and SMS to one inbox, and pass events to the rest of your stack through an API and webhooks.
A CRM is only as complete as the leads that reach it. If one ad account, one marketplace or one website form still sends enquiries to an inbox somebody has to check, those are the leads that go cold. The integrations below exist to close those gaps: every source you pay for lands in the same lead inbox, deduplicated and routed to a rep, with the campaign it came from kept on the record.
They fall into four groups. Lead capture connects Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads lead forms, IndiaMART, your own website forms, a hosted form you can embed, a lead capture API and CSV import. Communication connects the channels you follow up on — the WhatsApp Business Platform, SMS with DLT templates, email sent from your own domain and mailbox sync — into one shared inbox. Marketing keeps UTM tags and click IDs on every lead so reports can show which campaign brought it. Developer tools give you a public API and webhooks for anything else.
Each integration has a page of its own with what syncs, how setup works and the questions teams ask before they connect it. A few are planned rather than available yet, and they are marked as coming soon: their pages say what is planned and let you tell us you need it.
Connecting a source is a settings task rather than a project: you follow the setup steps on its page and check that the next lead arrives in the inbox with its source attached. If you advertise on more than one platform, connect them all — reports only tell the truth about which campaigns work when every lead is counted.
Every integration, by group
Available integrations first in each group; planned ones are marked as coming soon.
Lead capture
Every inbound channel — paid social, search ads, web forms, IndiaMART, APIs and imports — in one lead list.
Meta Lead Ads
Our Facebook Lead Ads CRM integration turns every Facebook and Instagram lead form submission into a DigiPix Flow lead once you connect your Pages: answers mapped to the right fields, a source for each form, duplicates checked, a rep assigned — and a background check that picks up any lead Meta's webhook failed to deliver.
Website forms
Send every website lead form to your CRM: build a form once, then paste it into your site, share it as its own link or post to it from your own server. Every entry arrives as a lead with its campaign tags and consent on record, checked for spam and duplicates, and handed to the right rep.
CRM embedded forms
The lead form builder in DigiPix Flow lets your sales or marketing team design an enquiry form inside the CRM, decide which lead field every answer fills, and publish it as its own page or as a snippet for your site. Edit it later and the change reaches every place the form is used.
Google Ads lead forms
Paste one webhook URL and key into your Google Ads lead form and every submission arrives in your CRM as a lead, with the click ID and ad IDs attached, checked for repeats and routed to the right rep by the same rules as every other source.
IndiaMART
Our IndiaMART CRM integration needs one thing: the CRM key from your IndiaMART seller account, pasted once. DigiPix Flow then collects your buyer enquiries on a schedule, skips the ones it already has, and turns each new one into a lead with the buyer's name, mobile, email and company, routed to a rep who can call while the buyer is still comparing quotes.
REST Lead API
Our lead capture API is for enquiries that arrive through a portal with no connector, your own app or a partner's system: send each one to DigiPix Flow in one signed request as it happens. The lead lands in the same inbox as every other source, checked for duplicates, scored and assigned to a rep, and a retried request never becomes a second lead.
CSV import & export
CSV lead import brings every row of a list in as a lead: expo visitor lists, a download from a listing portal, the export from your old CRM, once the file is saved as CSV. Columns are matched for you, existing leads are skipped, and each new lead is scored, checked for duplicates and, if you choose, routed by your rules like any other enquiry.
Communication channels
WhatsApp, email and SMS providers connected to your CRM inbox.
WhatsApp Business
Connect the WhatsApp Business API to your CRM by pasting the credentials from WhatsApp Manager: DigiPix Flow confirms the number with Meta, sets up the webhook that brings replies in, and pulls your approved templates across — so the first message your team sends from the CRM is one you already know will arrive.
SMS
Setting up the SMS CRM integration means adding the DLT details you already registered with your telecom operator — your entity id, sender header and approved templates — because DigiPix Flow sends text messages itself. From then on every text is checked against them, comes back with a delivery status, and gets its replies on the same thread.
Email sending
With email domain authentication, CRM email goes out under your own domain: add the domain you already own, copy three DNS records to your DNS provider, and DigiPix Flow starts sending as your own address once they check out. Until then nothing waits: email goes out under your workspace name, and replies, bounces and unsubscribes are handled either way.
Mailbox sync
Set up IMAP email sync for any mailbox with an app password in a few minutes. DigiPix Flow tests the login, reads the inbox you choose and your Sent folder on a schedule, and files mail from your leads and contacts onto their records — without touching anything in the mailbox itself.
Marketing & analytics
Ad platforms and analytics tools for attribution and campaign performance.
UTM tracking
UTM tracking in your CRM starts with the links you already tag in your ads, emails and posts. The form snippet on your website reads those UTM tags, Google and Meta click IDs, the landing page and the referrer, and keeps them on the lead your team opens.
Meta Ads
Coming soonComing soon: Meta ads campaign tracking that will put the name of the Meta campaign, ad set and ad beside every Facebook and Instagram lead, so a rep can see which ad brought an enquiry in. It isn't available yet. Today, Meta Lead Ads already keep the IDs of the ad behind each lead.
LinkedIn Ads
Coming soonComing soon: a LinkedIn Ads connection that will turn Lead Gen Form submissions into leads in your CRM, with the answers, the consent the buyer gave and the campaign they came from. It isn't built yet. Today, tag your LinkedIn links and send people to a DigiPix Flow form.
Google Analytics
Coming soonComing soon: a Google Analytics 4 CRM integration that will let a lead carry what the visitor did on your site before they enquired. It isn't built yet, and the details may change. Today, every website form lead already keeps its UTM tags, click IDs, landing page and referrer.
Developer & API
Public API, webhooks and custom integrations for your stack.
CRM Public API
The DigiPix Flow CRM API gives each system its own key with only the access it needs, so your systems send leads in with one well-behaved REST call and can retry safely when a network drops. Keys are shown once, stored as a hash, rotated in a click and recorded in your audit log.
Outbound webhooks
CRM webhooks let you choose the events a system cares about, and DigiPix Flow posts each one to your HTTPS endpoint, signed so you can prove it came from us. Failed deliveries are retried, logged with the reason and can be replayed, so an outage on your side never means a missed win.
Inbound webhooks
Inbound webhooks are how ad platforms push new leads into DigiPix Flow the moment someone submits a form, and each one is verified, stored once and processed with retries so a bad minute on either side does not cost you an enquiry. For systems of your own, the lead API does the same job with an API key.
S3-compatible storage
CRM file storage in DigiPix Flow keeps the documents your team attaches to leads, deals, clients and proposals in private storage we run for you, scans each upload for viruses before it can be used, and checks who is asking every time a file is downloaded. There is no bucket to set up and nothing to connect.
Frequently asked questions
Which ad platforms and marketplaces can send leads to the CRM?
Meta Lead Ads (Facebook and Instagram lead forms), Google Ads lead forms and IndiaMART connect directly. Website forms, a hosted lead capture form, the lead capture API and CSV import cover everything else.
Do we need a developer to set up the integrations?
No, for the lead sources and channels: each one is connected from settings by following its setup steps. The public API and webhooks are there for when you want to connect a system of your own.
Can we send WhatsApp messages from the CRM?
Yes, through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Messages and replies land in the shared inbox on the lead's record, beside email and SMS.
How does the CRM know which campaign a lead came from?
Meta and Google Ads leads keep the IDs of the campaign, ad and form they came from. For website forms, UTM tags, Google and Meta click IDs, the landing page and the referrer are captured with each lead, so reports can show leads by source and campaign.
Is there an API?
Yes. The public API uses scoped keys, and outbound webhooks notify your other systems when leads and deals change. Inbound webhooks let another system send events in.
What if the integration we need is not listed?
Check the coming-soon pages first — if it is planned, you can tell us you need it there. Otherwise the lead capture API, webhooks and website forms connect most other tools, and you can talk to an expert about the rest.
