Sales pipeline software your team can trust
Sales pipeline software that puts every open deal on one board, with stages that mean the same thing to every rep, approvals before a big discount goes out, and a clear owner and reason behind every win and loss — so the pipeline you review on Monday is the pipeline your team is really working.

A stage means something different to every rep
One rep moves a deal to Proposal after a friendly call; another waits until the quote is signed. The board looks full, but nobody can say which deals are really close, and every review turns into a debate about what each column means.
Discounts agreed in a chat thread
A big discount is approved with a thumbs-up in a group chat, and a month later nobody can find who agreed to it or why. Margins slip one deal at a time, and the first time anyone notices is when the month closes.
Lost deals nobody learns from
Deals quietly disappear from the sheet with no reason written down. The same objection loses the next deal and the one after it, because there is no list of why buyers said no.
Stages shaped around how you sell
Set up the stages your team really works through — rename them, reorder them, give each a colour and a win percentage, and mark which ones count as won or lost. Pipeline rules then keep the board honest: deals can't skip ahead, a won deal needs a close date, and closed deals are locked against quiet edits.
- Custom stages, each with a colour, win % and type
- Reorder, archive and restore stages as your process changes
- Stop deals skipping stages, for the whole board or stage by stage
- Won and lost deals locked, so their history stays accurate
Deals move forward only when they're ready
Each stage can ask for what must be true before a deal enters it — an amount, a close date, products on the deal, a next step booked or a decision maker linked. The check runs on the server, so a deal that isn't ready simply can't be moved forward, whether someone drags it on the board or moves it from the mobile app.
- Requirements per stage: amount, close date, owner and source
- Products, a next step or a decision maker when you need them
- Checked on the server, so no screen can skip them
- A clear message when a move is refused, so the rep knows what to add
Approvals before the big yes
Choose the moments that need a second pair of eyes: closing a deal above an amount, a discount beyond a percentage, or moving into a stage such as Negotiation. The request goes to a named person or a role with a time limit, and if the deal value grows after approval, it has to be approved again.
- Approval to close as won, by deal amount
- Approval for discounts above the percentage you set
- Approval to enter the stages you choose
- Routed to a person or a role, with a response time
A clear owner on every deal
Every deal has an owner, and handing work over is a bulk action rather than an afternoon of edits. What each person sees follows their role: some see every deal, team leads see their team's deals and reps see their own — in lists, on the board, in reports and on the home screen.
- An owner required on every deal
- Reassign one deal or many at once
- Visibility by role: all deals, team deals or own deals
- The same visibility rules in lists, reports and the home screen
Deal tracking with everything on the deal
Open a deal and the whole story is on one page: the stage rail with the date it entered each stage, its value and close date, the tasks and follow-ups due, a timeline of every change, the products being sold and the custom fields your team relies on — plus the lead it came from and the campaign behind it.
- A stage rail showing when each stage was reached
- Tasks, follow-ups and a timeline of every change
- Products, files and custom fields in their own tabs
- The source lead and its campaign details attached
From quote to signed, without leaving the deal
Add products with quantity, price, discount and tax, then send a proposal your customer accepts online by typing their name or drawing a signature. The time, IP address and exact version are recorded, and sending a revision retires the old link. Once the deal is won, convert it into a client and start the handover.
- Line items with quantity, price, discount and tax
- Proposals accepted online with a typed or drawn signature
- Time, IP and version recorded; old links retired on revision
- Won deals converted to clients, with a handover to accept
Win or lose, you'll know why
Marking a deal won asks for the close date and what won it; marking it lost asks for a reason from your list and a note. Closing clears the deal's pending follow-ups so nobody chases a finished conversation, a closed deal can be reopened with a reason, and stage changes, wins and losses can start your automations.
- A recorded reason behind every win and every loss
- A lost-reason list you manage for the whole team
- Pending follow-ups and tasks cancelled when a deal closes
- Automations that start when a deal moves, wins, loses or reopens
See the pipeline as it stands
The board shows every stage's deal count and total value, the home screen shows open pipeline value and your win rate over the last 30 days, and a pipeline-by-stage report can be saved, scheduled and exported to CSV — so the numbers in Monday's review come from the same records your team works in.
- Deal count and total value on every stage
- Open pipeline value and a 30-day win rate on the home screen
- Pipeline-by-stage reports you can schedule
- CSV export for the reviews you already run

A pipeline in a CRM vs spreadsheets and chat updates
| What it covers | Spreadsheets and chat updates | |
|---|---|---|
| Where deals are tracked | A sheet per rep, updated when someone remembers | One board, with every open deal in its stage |
| What a stage means | Whatever each rep decides that week | Requirements a deal must meet to enter it |
| Discounts | Agreed in chat and hard to trace later | Approval above a percentage, routed with a time limit |
| Ownership | Unclear once a deal changes hands | A required owner, reassigned in bulk |
| Lost deals | Deleted rows with no explanation | A reason from your list on every lost deal |
| Quote to signature | PDFs by email and a verbal yes | Online acceptance with signature, time and version |
| Pipeline review | Numbers rebuilt before every meeting | Stage totals and scheduled pipeline reports |
Pipeline questions, answered
What is sales pipeline software?
Sales pipeline software shows every open deal in the stage it has reached, so a team can see what is close to closing and what is stuck. In DigiPix Flow every deal sits on one board with custom stages, stage rules, approvals and a required owner, and every win and loss is recorded with a reason.
Can I customise the pipeline stages?
Yes. Add, rename and reorder stages, give each one a colour and a win percentage, and mark which stages count as won or lost. A stage can be archived once its deals have moved on, and restored later if you need it again.
Can a stage require information before a deal enters it?
Yes. Each stage can require an amount, a close date, an owner, a source, products on the deal, a next step booked or a decision maker linked. The rule is checked on the server, so a deal that doesn't meet it can't be moved into the stage from any screen.
How do deal approvals work?
You set the triggers: closing a deal as won above an amount, giving a discount above a percentage, or entering a particular stage. Requests go to a named person or a role with a response time, and an approved deal needs approving again if its value grows afterwards.
Who can see which deals?
Visibility follows each person's role. A role can see every deal, the deals of its own team, or only the deals it owns, and the same rule applies to lists, the board, reports and the home screen.
Can customers accept a proposal online?
Yes. A proposal can be shared as a link that your customer accepts by typing their name or drawing a signature. DigiPix Flow records the time, IP address and the exact version they accepted, and sending a revised proposal retires the old link. Accepting a proposal doesn't close the deal on its own — the rep marks it won.
What happens when a deal is marked lost?
The rep picks a reason from your lost-reason list and adds a note, and you decide whether a reason is required. Pending follow-ups and tasks on the deal are cancelled and the deal is locked. It can be reopened later with a reason, which is recorded too.
Can the pipeline start automations?
Yes. Workflows can start when a deal changes stage, is won, is lost or is reopened, so the steps your team repeats after each of those moments can run on their own.
What pipeline reports are available?
The board shows the number of deals and the total value in every stage, and the home screen shows open pipeline value and your win rate over the last 30 days. A pipeline-by-stage report can be saved, scheduled and exported to CSV.
Does the pipeline work on mobile?
Yes. The DigiPix Flow mobile app shows deals as a list or grouped by stage, and reps can move a deal to another stage, mark it won or lost and reopen it from their phone. Stages and rules are set up on the web.
