CRM reports your leaders actually read
CRM reports on the numbers a sales lead checks every week — new leads, where they came from, what the pipeline is worth and how many deals you win — calculated from the CRM itself, scoped to what each person is allowed to see, and saved, scheduled or exported in a click.
- Leads by source and pipeline by stage
- Numbers scoped to each role
- Saved, scheduled and exported
- date ranges, from 7 days to a year
- 4
- schedules: daily, weekly or monthly
- 3
- from any report to a CSV
- 1 click
What every report is built on
- Leads & sourcesEvery lead, counted by where it came from
- Deals & stagesOpen deals, grouped by stage
- Deal valueIn your workspace currency
- Tasks dueWhat your team has on today
- Owners & rolesWho each number belongs to
- Date range7 days, 30 days, a quarter or a year
The Friday spreadsheet
Someone exports leads, pastes them into a sheet, cleans up the sources and builds the same pivot table they built last week. By the time it's shared, it's already out of date, and nobody wants to be the person who rebuilds it next Friday.
Everyone quotes a different number
Marketing counts leads one way, sales counts them another, and the pipeline total depends on whose copy of the sheet you opened. Meetings turn into arguments about the numbers instead of decisions about what to do next.
Reports that show everyone everything
A shared spreadsheet has no idea who is looking at it. Every rep can see every other rep's leads and deal values, so either the report stays locked away with managers or private numbers travel further than they should.
A sales dashboard with the numbers that matter
The home screen opens on four numbers: new leads over the last seven days compared with the seven before, the value of your open pipeline, the tasks due today and your win rate over the last 30 days. Below them, a pipeline snapshot shows how deals are spread across stages — each figure worked out from the records the person signing in is allowed to see.
- New leads, with the change from the previous week
- Open pipeline value in your currency
- Tasks due today
- Win rate: deals won out of deals closed in 30 days
A lead source report for every channel
The leads by source report counts every lead against the channel it came in from — Meta Lead Ads, Google Ads, IndiaMART, website forms, the API or an import — and shows each channel's share of the total. Switch between the last 7 days, 30 days, the quarter or the year to see which sources are growing and which have gone quiet.
- Leads counted by the source on each record
- Each channel's share of the total
- Last 7 days, 30 days, quarter or year
- A breakdown table beside the chart
What your pipeline is worth, stage by stage
The pipeline by stage report adds up your open deals in each stage, with a count and a total value in your workspace currency. It shows at a glance where value is piling up and where deals are thin, so the weekly review starts from the same numbers for everyone in the room.
- Open deals counted in every stage
- Total value per stage in your currency
- Pipeline value and open deals at the top
- Totals scoped to each viewer's role
Build a report once, open it every week
Name a report, choose whether it covers leads or deals, preview it and save it. Saved reports sit in one list with their owner and schedule, so the monthly source review or the Monday pipeline check is one click away for everyone with access to reports — nobody rebuilds it from scratch.
- A short wizard: name, category and preview
- One list of saved reports for the workspace
- Owner and schedule shown on every report
- Open, re-run or export any saved report
Reports that remind you when they're ready
Put a saved report on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule in your own timezone. DigiPix Flow checks schedules every 15 minutes, and when a report is due it runs and a notification lands in the bell for the person who scheduled it, so the numbers are waiting when they open the report.
- Daily, weekly or monthly schedules
- Set in your own timezone
- A notification in the app when it's ready
- Pause a schedule without deleting the report
Take the numbers anywhere with a CSV
Export any report as a CSV to open in Excel or share with finance. The file is cleaned so a cell can't run a spreadsheet formula when it's opened. When you need the underlying records instead, export leads, contacts, companies or deals as CSV or Excel files.
- One-click CSV export of any report
- Cells protected against spreadsheet formulas
- Lead, contact, company and deal exports
- CSV or Excel (XLSX) for record exports
Everyone sees their numbers, and only theirs
Reports respect the same rules as the rest of the CRM. A sales rep's report counts only the leads and deals they can see, while managers and admins see wider totals. Viewing, editing and exporting reports are separate permissions, and creating, scheduling and exporting a report are all written to the audit log.
- Results scoped to each person's role
- Separate permissions to view, edit and export
- Report changes and exports in the audit log
- Audit log exportable as CSV

Reporting questions, answered
What are CRM reports?
CRM reports turn the leads and deals your team already records into numbers you can review, without rebuilding a spreadsheet each week. In DigiPix Flow they are calculated from the CRM's own records, scoped to what each person is allowed to see, and can be saved, scheduled and exported as CSV.
Which reports does DigiPix Flow include?
The home dashboard shows new leads, open pipeline value, tasks due today and your 30-day win rate, with a pipeline snapshot by stage. In Reports you can build and save leads by source reports and pipeline by stage reports, run them over different date ranges, schedule them and export them.
Can sales reps see each other's numbers?
Only if their role allows it. Every report counts only the leads and deals the person viewing it is allowed to see, so a rep sees their own totals while managers and admins see wider ones. Viewing, editing and exporting reports are separate permissions.
How do scheduled reports work?
Put a saved report on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule in your timezone. DigiPix Flow checks schedules every 15 minutes, runs the report when it's due and sends a notification in the app to the person who scheduled it. The report itself isn't sent as an attachment.
What formats can I export?
Reports export as CSV files, which open in Excel, Numbers or any spreadsheet tool. Separately, you can export leads, contacts, companies and deals as CSV or Excel (XLSX) files. Report exports are recorded in the audit log.
How is the win rate calculated?
Win rate on the home dashboard is the number of deals won divided by the number of deals closed — won plus lost — over the last 30 days. Open deals don't count, so the rate reflects decisions buyers have actually made.
Which date ranges can I use?
Lead reports can cover the last 7 days, the last 30 days, the current quarter or the year. The pipeline by stage report always shows the deals that are open right now, whatever range is selected.
Which currency are values shown in?
Pipeline values are shown in your workspace currency, so a team selling in rupees sees totals in rupees on the dashboard and in reports.
How up to date are the numbers?
Reports are calculated from your CRM records each time they're run, rather than from a copy taken overnight. The app may reuse a result for up to a minute while you move between screens, so a change you've just made can take a moment to appear.
Can I see reports on my phone?
Yes. The DigiPix Flow mobile app has an Analytics screen with an overview and your saved reports. You can open a report, put it on a schedule and share its CSV from your phone.
