Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and Prisello Private Limited for use of the DigiPix Flow platform and related websites.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using DigiPix Flow, you enter into an agreement with Prisello Private Limited.

If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Who these terms are with

DigiPix Flow is a software-as-a-service product owned and operated by Prisello Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U47912UP2023PTC193074).

For the purposes of these Terms, "DigiPix Flow", "we", "us", "our" and "Provider" refer to Prisello Private Limited where the context concerns the legal provider of the service. Where the context concerns the software itself, "DigiPix Flow" refers to the platform.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your organization's workspaces and user seats.

We may suspend accounts that pose a security risk or violate these terms.

4. The service

Prisello Private Limited provides DigiPix Flow, CRM software as a service, including lead capture, pipeline, communication and related features subject to your plan entitlements.

We may update features over time. Material reductions to paid plan capabilities will be communicated in advance where practical.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse DigiPix Flow to send spam, violate privacy or anti-spam laws, probe or attack systems, or store unlawful content.

You remain responsible for obtaining required consents for marketing and messaging channels you enable.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed per seat according to the plan you select. Subscriptions are sold and invoiced by Prisello Private Limited (GSTIN 09AAOCP2660E1Z9), which is the seller of record for every DigiPix Flow subscription. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written order.

List prices exclude tax. Applicable taxes are calculated from your billing location and tax registration and shown on the invoice.

Workspaces are provisioned once you choose a plan and your enquiry is accepted. We do not offer self-serve free trials.

7. Intellectual property

DigiPix Flow and its branding, software and documentation remain the property of Prisello Private Limited. You retain ownership of your customer data.

You grant Prisello Private Limited a limited license to host and process your data solely to provide the service.

Your subscription grants only the rights necessary to use the service. No other rights are transferred unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

8. Liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prisello Private Limited's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Prisello Private Limited is registered in Uttar Pradesh, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your own place of residence.

Enterprise subscriptions may instead be governed by a separate Master Service Agreement or Order Form executed with Prisello Private Limited.
