Google Ads lead forms that land in your CRM, not in downloads

Paste one webhook URL and key into your Google Ads lead form and every submission arrives in your CRM as a lead, with the click ID and ad IDs attached, checked for repeats and routed to the right rep by the same rules as every other source.

  • No Google account sign-in to set up
  • A lead Google sends twice is created once
  • Routed and scored like every other lead
An example of the Google Ads lead form connection in DigiPix Flow beside the leads it brought in. Google's test data arrives and the connection turns healthy without creating a lead, a submission arrives as a lead for Neha Patil with its click ID, Google delivers the same lead again and the repeat is ignored, and the lead is assigned to Kavya Iyer.

THE PROBLEM

Where Google Ads leads get stuck

See how it's fixed
  1. Leads waiting in a spreadsheet download

Google keeps lead form submissions for you to download, so someone has to remember to export them, clean the file and share it. By the time a rep calls, the buyer has filled in two other forms and spoken to a competitor.

  2. The same enquiry added twice

Downloads overlap and files get imported again, so one person turns into two leads with two owners. Both reps call, the buyer is annoyed, and the numbers in your pipeline stop meaning anything.

  3. No trace of which ad it came from

Once a row is copied into a sheet, the link back to the ad is gone. The team can't tell a lead from the brand campaign from one that came in from a trial offer, so every lead gets the same treatment.

CONNECT

Two values to copy, and no account to link

Open the Google Ads lead form setup in DigiPix Flow, choose a webhook key or generate one, and save it. Your workspace's webhook URL appears beside it, ready to copy. The key is stored encrypted and is never shown again, so nobody can read it back out of the CRM later.

  • Generate a strong key in one click
  • The key is stored encrypted, never shown again
  • Your workspace's own webhook URL, ready to copy
  • No Google password or sign-in involved
An example of the Google Ads lead form setup in DigiPix Flow: a saved webhook key shown only as dots with a note that it is stored encrypted and never shown again, Replace key and Remove key buttons, and the workspace's webhook URL with a copy button, ready to paste into Google Ads.
IN GOOGLE ADS

Paste them into the lead form you already run

In Google Ads, open the lead form asset on your campaign, choose webhook as the lead delivery option, and paste the URL and key into their two boxes. DigiPix Flow shows these steps beside the values you need, so whoever runs your Google Ads account can finish the setup without a call.

  • Works with the lead form asset on your campaign
  • Webhook chosen as the lead delivery option
  • The URL and key go into their own two boxes
  • The steps are shown in DigiPix Flow as you set up
An example of a lead form's delivery settings in Google Ads: the lead form Modular kitchen enquiry with webhook chosen as the lead delivery option, the DigiPix Flow webhook URL pasted into the webhook URL box and the key into the key box, with Send test data and Save buttons.
TEST

Send test data and watch the connection turn green

Press Send test data in Google Ads. DigiPix Flow checks the key, recognises the delivery as a test and marks the connection healthy, without creating a lead your team might call. From then on the status reads Receiving leads from Google, and a wrong key is refused rather than quietly accepted.

  • Test data never creates a lead
  • A healthy status once the test arrives
  • A delivery with the wrong key is refused
  • Recent errors counted on the integrations list
An example of DigiPix Flow's integrations list after Google's test data arrived: Google Ads lead form is healthy and reads Receiving leads from Google, with a Test connection button, a note that test data created no lead, and Meta Lead Ads beside it with one recent error.
FORM FIELDS

Every answer on the form, in the right field

Name, email, phone, company, job title and address fields from the Google form are matched to lead fields for you. Your own questions are yours to place: point one at a lead field or at one of your custom fields and the answer lands there on every lead. Emails are tidied, phone numbers are put in international format, and a number that can't be read is still kept exactly as the buyer typed it.

  • 15 standard Google form fields matched for you
  • Your own questions pointed at the lead fields you choose
  • Phone numbers put in international format
  • Work email or phone used when the personal one is blank
An example of how a Google Ads lead form's answers are matched to lead fields: full name, email, phone number, company name, job title and city go to their lead fields, the phone number is put in international format, and the answer to a custom question about which rooms are planned is kept on the lead.
WHERE IT CAME FROM

GCLID tracking: the click and the ad, kept with the lead

Every lead keeps the Google click ID from the ad click and the IDs of the campaign, ad group, ad and lead form it came through. A rep opening the lead's capture details sees the click ID and the form at a glance, and the lead is recorded with Google Ads as its source from the start.

  • The Google click ID (GCLID) on every lead
  • Campaign, ad group, ad and form IDs stored
  • Google Ads recorded as the lead's source
  • Shown in the lead's capture details

An example of a Google Ads lead's capture details in DigiPix Flow: the source is Google Ads, with the form ID and the Google click ID shown, and a panel noting the campaign, ad group and ad IDs Google sent are stored with the lead.
NO DOUBLES

A lead Google sends twice is still one lead

Google tries a delivery again when it doesn't hear back, which can mean the same submission arriving more than once. DigiPix Flow recognises each Google lead by its own ID and ignores the repeat, then your usual duplicate rules check the person against the leads you already have.

  • Each Google lead recognised by its own ID
  • Repeat deliveries ignored, not added
  • Your duplicate rules run on every new lead
  • Failed leads shown in the Capture hub with Retry
Explore duplicates
An example of the Capture hub in DigiPix Flow showing Google Ads deliveries: a lead for Neha Patil created, the same Google lead delivered again a minute later and ignored, a lead for Amit Mehta created and assigned to Kavya Iyer, and a failed delivery with a Retry button.
ROUTING

Owned, tagged and scored the moment it arrives

Set what a new Google Ads lead should look like before anyone touches it: its starting status, its tags, the duplicate rule and who it's assigned to, and whether a deal is opened straight away. Scoring runs, the lead-created workflow trigger fires, and the lead joins the same list as your website and Meta leads.

  • The starting status and tags you choose
  • Assigned by your rules, not by hand
  • A deal opened on capture, if you want one
  • Workflows that start on a new lead run too
Explore the lead inbox
An example of the capture defaults for Google Ads leads in DigiPix Flow: new leads start with the status New and the tags google-ads and kitchen, duplicates are checked on email and phone, leads are assigned by the Kitchen sales rule, and a deal is opened on capture.
HOW IT WORKS

From a lead form to a called lead, in five steps

  1. STEP 01

    Save a webhook key

Generate one in DigiPix Flow and copy your webhook URL.

  2. STEP 02

    Paste into Google Ads

Add the URL and key to your lead form's webhook delivery.

  3. STEP 03

    Send test data

The connection turns healthy, and no test lead is made.

  4. STEP 04

    Set the defaults

Choose the status, tags, owner rules and consent mapping.

  5. STEP 05

    Call the lead

Each submission arrives as a lead, assigned and scored.

Google Ads lead form questions, answered

Do I need to sign in to my Google Ads account from DigiPix Flow?

No. The connection works by webhook: you save a key in DigiPix Flow, then paste your webhook URL and that key into the lead form in Google Ads. Nobody signs in to Google from the CRM, and DigiPix Flow never sees your Google password.

Where in Google Ads do I paste the URL and key?

On the lead form asset for your campaign. Choose webhook as the lead delivery option, paste the URL into the webhook URL box and the key into the key box, and save. DigiPix Flow shows the same steps beside the values when you set it up.

How do I know it's working?

Press Send test data in Google Ads. When the test arrives with the right key, the connection is marked healthy and reads Receiving leads from Google. Test data never creates a lead, so nobody on your team is asked to call it.

What happens if Google sends the same lead twice?

It is created once. Every Google lead carries its own ID, and a delivery DigiPix Flow has already received is ignored. Your normal duplicate rules then check the person against the leads you already have.

Which details come across with each lead?

The answers on the form, including your own questions, plus the Google click ID and the IDs of the campaign, ad group, ad and form. Standard fields such as name, email, phone, company and job title are matched to lead fields for you.

Can I see which campaign a lead came from?

Each lead keeps the ID of the campaign, ad group and ad that Google sends with it, along with the click ID. Google delivers IDs rather than names, so matching an ID to its name is done in your Google Ads account.

Will leads from before I connect come across?

No. Google delivers each submission to the webhook as it happens, starting from when the URL and key are saved on the form. Earlier submissions stay available to download in Google Ads.

What if I need to change the key?

Use Replace key in DigiPix Flow, then paste the new key into Google Ads. Leads stop arriving until Google has the new key, so update both together. Remove key stops accepting deliveries altogether.
