CRM features for every step from first lead to signed deal

CRM features for the whole sales motion: capture every lead, route it to the right rep, follow up on WhatsApp, email and SMS, move deals through your pipeline and report on what worked — in one workspace.

Most small sales teams run on four or five tools: an ads account, a spreadsheet, a shared inbox, personal WhatsApp and a report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday. Every hand-off between them is a place where a lead can go missing, and nobody can see the whole journey. DigiPix Flow puts those steps into one CRM, so the enquiry, every conversation, the quotation and the deal are one record from the first form fill to the signed order.

The features are grouped the way the work happens. Sales covers leads, contacts, companies, the pipeline, quotations, approvals and client handover. Communication brings email, WhatsApp and SMS threads, calls, tasks and follow-ups onto the customer's record. Marketing keeps each lead's source, UTM tags and click IDs, and sends campaigns only to people who have agreed to hear from you. Automation runs workflows, assignment rules, lead scoring and sequences. Analytics turns the records your team already keeps into a dashboard, saved reports and segments, and the platform controls add roles, permissions, an audit trail and multi-factor sign-in.

Every capability that has grown a page of its own is listed below, with what it does, how it fits into a working day and the questions teams ask before they switch. Features that are still being built are not listed here; their own pages say what is planned.

Choosing between tools? The comparison pages set these features side by side with other CRMs, and the integrations directory lists every lead source and channel that connects today.

Frequently asked questions

What features should a CRM have for a small sales team?

Four things matter most: capture from every channel you advertise on, so no enquiry sits in an inbox nobody checks; a pipeline with clear stages and owners; follow-up reminders and one shared record of every call, email and WhatsApp message; and reports your team trusts because they come from the same records. DigiPix Flow covers all four in one workspace, plus the admin controls you need before adding people.

Which lead sources can the CRM capture from?

Meta Lead Ads (Facebook and Instagram forms), Google Ads lead forms, IndiaMART, website forms, a lead capture API and CSV import. Each new lead is checked for duplicates and routed to a rep by the assignment rules you set, with its source and campaign kept on the record.

Can we reply to leads on WhatsApp from the CRM?

Yes. Connect the WhatsApp Business Platform and conversations land in the shared inbox beside email and SMS, on the lead's record. Each thread shows whether the customer's 24-hour reply window is open, and outside it you send approved template messages.

Does the CRM automate lead assignment and follow-ups?

Yes. Assignment rules share new leads out the way you choose — to one person, round robin across a team, weighted towards your strongest closers, or to whoever has the fewest open leads. Workflows run actions when a record changes, and sequences schedule the follow-up steps, so nothing depends on someone remembering.

How do we control who sees which leads?

Custom roles decide what each person can do, and each role carries a data scope: their own records, their team's, or everything. An audit trail records who changed what and when, and multi-factor sign-in is available on every plan.

Can we bring our existing leads and contacts with us?

Yes. Import leads and contacts from spreadsheets with columns matched for you and duplicates skipped, then take your records back out as CSV, Excel or JSON whenever you need them.
