Data deletion requests
How to have personal data held by DigiPix Flow deleted. Which route applies depends on whose data it is and who holds it.

1. You are a customer of a business that uses DigiPix Flow
If a company contacted you and you want your details removed, the company is the controller of that record — not Prisello Private Limited, which operates DigiPix Flow. We process it on their behalf, so they are the ones who can decide the request.
Ask them directly. Every DigiPix Flow workspace has a built-in data-privacy request tool that erases a person across their CRM: leads, contacts, messages, files, captured form payloads and the linked records, including deletion of stored files. Records they are legally required to keep — for example those attached to a completed sale, or frozen under a legal hold — are kept, and their administrator is shown exactly what was kept and why.
If you cannot reach the business, or you are not sure which business holds your data, write to privacy@digipixflow.com and we will identify the workspace and pass the request on.
2. You have a DigiPix Flow account
An administrator in your workspace can raise a request under Settings → Data → Data privacy requests. They can ask for an erasure, or for a copy of the data held about a person — that produces a downloadable package rather than deleting anything.
To close an entire workspace and have its data erased, the account owner should write to privacy@digipixflow.com. Deletion is scheduled with a retention window so it can be reversed if it was raised in error, then the workspace and its stored files are permanently removed.
3. You connected a Facebook or Instagram account
Open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites on Facebook, select DigiPix Flow, and choose Remove. Facebook sends us the deletion request automatically and shows you a confirmation code with a link to that request's status.
This removes every connection you authorized and the access tokens held for it. It does not remove leads collected through a business's own Lead Ad forms — those are the advertiser's customer records, and they are erased through that business's own privacy process (see section 1).
4. You connected a Google account
Revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which removes our ability to read anything further from your account.
Revoking access does not by itself delete data already synchronised into a workspace. To have that removed as well, write to privacy@digipixflow.com or ask the business whose workspace it is.
5. What we keep after a deletion
Some records survive a deletion because the law requires it. We keep the audit trail of the deletion itself — it records that data was removed, never the data that was removed — and records a business is obliged to retain, such as invoices and completed transactions.
Where an address has asked never to be contacted, we keep a one-way fingerprint of it so that suppression continues to work; deleting it would let the next import start contacting that person again.
Write to privacy@digipixflow.com and tell us what you are asking for. We will find the workspace that holds the data and pass the request to whoever controls it.
