How Prisello Private Limited, which operates DigiPix Flow, collects, uses and protects your data — and what you can ask us to do with it.

Last updated 25 September 2026

Your leads and customer data belong to you. We never sell it, and we only process it to run the service you asked for.

1. Who is responsible for your data

DigiPix Flow is a software-as-a-service product owned and operated by Prisello Private Limited (CIN U47912UP2023PTC193074), a company incorporated in India. In this Privacy Policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Prisello Private Limited.

Prisello Private Limited is the controller of the account and usage data described below. For the CRM records our customers upload or capture, the customer's own organization is the controller and Prisello Private Limited is the processor, acting on that organization's instructions.

2. What we collect

We collect account information (name, email, company), usage data needed to operate DigiPix Flow, and the CRM records you and your team create (leads, contacts, deals, messages).

Payment details are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on DigiPix Flow servers.

4. Sharing

We share data with subprocessors required to run the product (hosting, email, messaging, analytics) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect DigiPix Flow and our users from fraud or security threats.

A list of the subprocessors Prisello Private Limited uses, and the terms on which they process data, is set out in our Data Processing Agreement.
