How many people can use Starter?
As many as you buy seats for. The smallest purchase is 5 users, and you can add more at any time — you pay only for the rest of the current billing period when you do.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The trial runs 14 days on Starter features with 5 users and no card. Buying a plan ends the trial and starts the paid period that day.
What if I outgrow it?
Move to Advanced whenever you like. The change applies immediately and you are charged only the difference for the rest of your current period. Nothing is re-entered.
Is WhatsApp included?
No. WhatsApp and SMS are on Advanced. Starter sends email from the CRM, up to 2,000 messages a month.
