A CRM for small business teams that sell on enquiries

DigiPix Flow is a CRM for small business owners and sales teams in India whose customers start as an enquiry from a Meta ad, a Google Ads lead form, IndiaMART or the website. Every enquiry lands in one list, gets an owner and a response clock, and is followed up on WhatsApp, SMS, calls and email until it becomes a deal or a clear no, without anyone rebuilding a spreadsheet on Friday evening.

  • Every enquiry source feeding one lead list
  • Set up around how your team sells, with a specialist
  • Leads, follow-ups, quotes and reports in one place
An example of the DigiPix Flow Leads screen. A new lead from Meta Instant Forms arrives at the top of the list, receives an AI score of 88 and is marked Hot while a notification appears, is assigned to a rep by rule with a follow-up task, and gets a follow-up scheduled for today, while the capture banner, lead counts and sidebar badges update alongside.

THE PROBLEM

Where small teams lose sales

See how it's fixed
  1. Leads split between an Excel file and three phones

The owner checks the Facebook leads, one salesperson logs in to IndiaMART, and website enquiries arrive in an email inbox that two people share. Someone copies them into a sheet when they find the time. The buyer who enquired at noon is called the next morning, after a bigger competitor has already sent a price.

  2. Follow-ups kept in one person's head

A customer says call me after Diwali, and the salesperson makes a note on their phone. When that person is on leave or leaves the company, the callbacks, the quotes they sent and the WhatsApp chats leave with them, and the next person starts from a name and a number.

  3. No clear answer to where sales come from

Money goes into Meta ads, a Google campaign and an IndiaMART listing every month. At the end of the quarter nobody can say which one sent the enquiries that turned into customers, so the budget is set by whoever argues hardest in the review.

ONE LIST

Every enquiry in one lead list from the first week

Connect the places your customers already reach you, once. Meta lead forms arrive by webhook with a lead source per form, Google Ads lead forms post straight in, and IndiaMART buyer enquiries are collected every five minutes with your CRM key. Website forms work on a hosted page or embedded on your own site, and the sheet you kept until now comes in as a CSV file, so the history is not lost on day one.

  • Meta, Google Ads, IndiaMART and website enquiries together
  • A lead source on every lead, set per form where you choose
  • Your existing customer sheet imported as a CSV
  • Exact email and phone checks against the leads you have

OWNERSHIP

An owner for every lead, even when the team is three people

Small teams lose leads because everyone assumes someone else has called. Assignment rules end that: send IndiaMART enquiries to the person who handles bulk orders, share Meta leads round robin between two salespeople, or give each lead to whoever has the fewest open ones. Leads can wait for working hours, a fallback owner catches anything no rule matches, and the owner gets a follow-up task straight away.

  • Rules on source, score, tags and segment
  • Shared in turn, by weighting, to one person or to the least busy
  • Two minutes to assign and thirty to make first contact
  • Alerts to the owner when either clock runs out
Explore assignment rules
An example of DigiPix Flow's assignment rules: four rules run in order — weighted by source, least loaded by score, fixed by tag and round robin by segment — with a round-robin fallback when no rule matches, a follow-up task created on assignment, and a new lead just assigned by the first rule.
WHATSAPP & SMS

WhatsApp from the business number, not a salesperson's own phone

Connect your WhatsApp Business number and each conversation sits on the customer's record, where the owner of the business can read it and the next salesperson can pick it up. Free-form replies go out inside Meta's 24-hour window and an approved template after it. Text messages to Indian numbers are checked against your DLT templates, and a STOP reply adds the number to your do-not-contact list.

  • Chats stay with the customer when staff change
  • A Meta-approved template when the 24-hour window has passed
  • Texts to Indian numbers checked against your DLT templates
  • Consent checked before sales and marketing messages
Explore WhatsApp and SMS
An example of the WhatsApp composer after the 24-hour window has closed: a banner says an approved template is required, the template payment_reminder is dimmed because it is still pending at Meta, the approved template visit_follow_up is chosen, and its two fields are filled in with a preview of the message.
FOLLOW-UPS

Follow-ups the CRM remembers, so your people don't have to

When a salesperson logs a call, they pick one of nine results, and some of them book the next step without anyone typing a date: a customer who did not pick up gets a callback in three hours, and one still deciding gets a follow-up in seven days. Reminders arrive before each follow-up, overdue ones are escalated, and the calendar shows the day, week or month for the whole team.

  • Nine call results, four of which book a callback
  • A reminder before each follow-up, set from 15 minutes to a day ahead
  • Missed follow-ups raised with a team lead
  • A team calendar by day, week or month
Explore activities and follow-ups
An example of choosing a call result in DigiPix Flow for a call with Amit Mehta: nine results, four of which book the next step — Phone not picked and Busy a callback in three hours, Call back later a callback tomorrow and Waiting for decision a follow-up in seven days. Waiting for decision is selected and a follow-up is booked a week out with a reminder, and a second example shows that no extra callback is added when the record already has an open follow-up.
PIPELINE & QUOTES

From a qualified lead to a quote the customer accepts online

Convert a lead into a deal and move it through stages you name yourself, such as Quoted, Negotiation and Won. A stage can ask for an amount or a next step before a deal enters it. Build the quotation on the deal with line items, one discount and one tax amount, and send it by email with a PDF and a link. The customer accepts by typing their name or drawing a signature, and a lost deal records why.

  • One pipeline with stages you name and order
  • An amount or next step required before a stage
  • Large discounts sent for approval before the quote goes
  • Won and lost reasons from a list you keep
Explore the pipeline

FOR THE OWNER

Know what your team did this week without asking each person

Reports show leads by source, open pipeline value by stage and your win rate over the last 30 days. Save the ones you check every Monday, schedule them daily, weekly or monthly, and export any report as CSV for your accountant or partner. Roles decide what each person can do and whose records they see, multi-factor sign-in protects every account, and an audit trail records who changed what.

  • Leads per source, pipeline value per stage and the 30-day win rate
  • Reports saved, scheduled and exported as CSV
  • Each person sees their own leads, their team's or everyone's
  • Multi-factor sign-in on every plan
Explore reports
An example of the DigiPix Flow home dashboard: 112 new leads in the last seven days, up 18 percent on the week before, ₹48.6 lakh of open pipeline, 9 tasks due today and a 38 percent win rate over 30 days, above a pipeline snapshot of open deals by stage.

INTEGRATIONS

The connections a small sales team starts with

A small business usually has three or four places enquiries come from and two channels customers reply on. Connect each one once, and new leads arrive in the same list while replies stay on the customer's record.

Small business CRM questions, answered

What is a CRM for small business?

It is one shared place where a small team keeps every lead and customer, sees who owns each one and what happens next, and follows up without relying on memory. In DigiPix Flow that means enquiries from ads, IndiaMART and your website in one list, assignment rules, response clocks, WhatsApp and SMS on the record, quotes accepted online and reports the owner can read in a minute.

When does a small business need a CRM instead of Excel?

Usually when leads come from more than one place, when more than one person sells, or when a customer says nobody called back. At that point a sheet can tell you who enquired but not who owns them, when they were last contacted or what was promised. If you only get a handful of enquiries a month from one source, a sheet may still be enough.

Who sets DigiPix Flow up for my team?

You talk to a specialist who sets the workspace up with you around how your team sells: your lead sources, your stages, the fields you need and who should get which leads. How long it takes depends on how many sources you connect and how tidy your existing sheet is, so bring both to the first call.

Is DigiPix Flow priced in rupees?

Yes. Plans are priced in rupees for Indian teams, and a specialist will take you through which plan fits the number of people who sell and the channels you use. Talk to an expert to get the current prices rather than relying on a figure quoted somewhere else.

Can my salespeople use it on their phones?

Yes. On the DigiPix Flow mobile app a salesperson sees their leads and each lead's details, and deals grouped by stage. They can ring a customer from the phone, log how the call went when they come back to the app, move a deal on, and put follow-ups in the phone's own calendar.

Does it work with WhatsApp?

Yes, with your WhatsApp Business number connected to the workspace. Conversations sit on the customer's record, free-form replies go out within Meta's 24-hour window and approved templates after it. WhatsApp messages do not create new leads by themselves; enquiries come in through ads, IndiaMART, forms, the lead API or an import.

Can I bring in the Excel sheet we use today?

Yes. Save it as a CSV file, match its columns to lead fields and review the rows before importing. Rows whose email already exists are skipped, consent columns come across, and the imported leads can go through your assignment rules. Custom field columns are not imported, so add those details on the record afterwards.

Where is our data kept, and who can see it?

Your workspace runs in the Mumbai region. Each person's role decides what they can do and whether they see their own leads, their team's or everyone's. Multi-factor sign-in is available on every plan and an admin can make it compulsory, and an audit trail records who changed what.

Can I see which ads and sources bring us leads?

Yes. Every lead keeps the source it arrived from, and each Meta form or website form can have its own. The leads by source report counts them over 7 days, 30 days, a quarter or a year, and you can save it, schedule it and export it as CSV.
