A CRM for startups that sell before they have a sales team

DigiPix Flow is a CRM for startups whose first customers arrive as enquiries from Meta ads, Google Ads lead forms, IndiaMART and a website form. It puts those enquiries in one list with an owner each, reminds whoever promised the callback, keeps every WhatsApp and email on the lead, and gives the founder and the first few hires one pipeline they all read the same way.

  • Ads, IndiaMART and website enquiries in one list
  • An owner and a next step on every lead
  • A workspace that opens with the basics already set
An example of the DigiPix Flow Deals board with Qualify, Proposal and Negotiation columns, each showing its win percentage, deal count and total value. A new deal lands in Qualify, a stage rule asks for products and a next step before it can move, it moves to Proposal with its discount approved, and a Negotiation deal is dropped on the Won zone.

THE PROBLEM

Where early-stage sales start to slip

See how it's fixed
  1. The founder's phone is the CRM

Every enquiry lands in the founder's WhatsApp or inbox, and the founder remembers who needs a call back. That holds at twenty leads a month. At sixty, a buyer who asked for pricing on Tuesday hears nothing until Friday, and nobody else in the company knew they existed.

  2. The first sales hire inherits a spreadsheet

When the first salesperson joins, they get a sheet with half the columns filled in and no history behind any row. They spend their first fortnight asking the founder what happened with each lead instead of calling the people on it.

  3. Board numbers rebuilt the night before

An investor update needs to say how many enquiries came in, where they came from and how many became deals. Without one record per lead, those figures are pieced together from ad dashboards and chat history at midnight, and they never quite match last month's.

ONE LIST

Every early enquiry in one list, whichever channel found it

Connect the channels your first campaigns run on and each enquiry arrives in the same lead list, tagged with its source. Meta lead forms arrive by webhook, Google Ads lead forms post straight in, IndiaMART buyer enquiries are collected every five minutes, and a website form can sit on a hosted page or inside your own site. If you already keep leads in a spreadsheet, bring them across with a CSV import.

  • Meta lead ads, with a source for each form
  • Google Ads lead forms and IndiaMART enquiries
  • Hosted or embedded website forms
  • A CSV import for the list you started with

OWNERSHIP

Give every lead an owner, even when the team is three people

Assignment rules decide who takes each new lead: always the founder, turns between the first two reps, or whoever has the fewest open leads. If no rule fits a lead from a form or an ad, a fallback still gives it an owner or leaves it in the Unassigned queue for someone to claim. The new owner gets a follow-up task, and a clock expects first contact within thirty minutes.

  • Leads shared fixed, in turns, by weight or by workload
  • A fallback for captured leads no rule matches
  • A follow-up task for whoever receives the lead
  • Two-minute assignment and thirty-minute contact targets

An example of DigiPix Flow's assignment rules: four rules run in order — weighted by source, least loaded by score, fixed by tag and round robin by segment — with a round-robin fallback when no rule matches, a follow-up task created on assignment, and a new lead just assigned by the first rule.
SET-UP

Start working on the first day, not after a week of settings

A new workspace opens with the basics filled in: lead statuses from New to Lost, a pipeline of Qualification, Proposal, Negotiation, Won and Lost, eight lost reasons, a lead source for every capture channel and Monday-to-Friday business hours. Scoring, assignment and approval rules are written out too, but switched off, so nothing acts on your leads until you have read it and turned it on.

  • Lead statuses, sources and lost reasons in place
  • A five-stage pipeline you can rename and reorder
  • Draft scoring and assignment rules to review
  • An approval rule for large proposals, off until you want it

FOLLOW-UPS

Keep your promises when the founder is in back-to-back meetings

Every follow-up has an owner, a due time and a reminder, and sits in queues such as Due today, Overdue and Mine. Log a call and its result books the next step: a buyer who did not pick up gets a callback in three hours, and one who is still deciding gets a follow-up in a week. Overdue work is flagged to team leads or managers, so a missed callback is noticed while the deal can still be saved.

  • Queues for today, upcoming, overdue and your own work
  • A reminder between 15 minutes and a day ahead
  • The next callback booked by the call's result
  • Overdue follow-ups flagged to a team lead

WHATSAPP, EMAIL & SMS

Conversations on the lead, not on one person's phone

When someone writes to a buyer from the lead, the thread stays on that record, so the next person to pick it up can read the whole conversation. WhatsApp messages leave from the business number you connect, and once Meta's 24-hour window has shut, an approved template is used instead. SMS to Indian numbers is checked against your DLT templates, and email can be sent from the record as well.

  • Each thread saved on the lead, contact or deal
  • Approved WhatsApp templates outside the 24-hour window
  • SMS text matched to your registered DLT templates
  • Anyone replying STOP goes on the do-not-contact list

An example of the WhatsApp composer after the 24-hour window has closed: a banner says an approved template is required, the template payment_reminder is dimmed because it is still pending at Meta, the approved template visit_follow_up is chosen, and its two fields are filled in with a preview of the message.
NUMBERS

Figures for the investor update, from the records you already keep

Reports show leads by source and pipeline value by stage, and the home screen shows open pipeline value and a win rate over the last 30 days. Any report can be saved, put on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule that sends an in-app notice when it runs, and downloaded as CSV. As the team grows, roles decide who sees every deal, a team's deals or only their own.

  • Leads by source across every channel
  • Open value per stage, plus your 30-day win rate
  • Reports saved, scheduled and downloaded as CSV
  • Visibility by role as the team grows
Explore reports
An example of the DigiPix Flow home dashboard: 112 new leads in the last seven days, up 18 percent on the week before, ₹48.6 lakh of open pipeline, 9 tasks due today and a 38 percent win rate over 30 days, above a pipeline snapshot of open deals by stage.
HOW IT WORKS

From the founder's inbox to a working CRM, in five steps

  1. STEP 01

    Connect your channels

Link Meta and IndiaMART, point Google Ads lead forms at your webhook and publish a website form.

  2. STEP 02

    Bring in what you have

Import the spreadsheet you started with, so old enquiries sit beside new ones.

  3. STEP 03

    Decide who takes what

Turn on an assignment rule, or keep every lead with the founder until the first hire joins.

  4. STEP 04

    Follow up on time

Callbacks, reminders and overdue alerts keep each promise in front of its owner.

  5. STEP 05

    Read the numbers

Leads by source and pipeline by stage, saved and scheduled for each review.

CRM for startups questions, answered

What is a CRM for startups?

It is one shared place where a young company's enquiries land, get an owner and are followed up until they become customers or say no. In DigiPix Flow that means enquiries from Meta, Google Ads, IndiaMART and your website in one list, assignment rules, follow-up reminders, WhatsApp and email on the record, one pipeline and reports you can export.

When should a startup start using a CRM?

A good sign is the first time two people answer enquiries, or the first time you cannot say from memory who is waiting for a reply. Before that, a founder's inbox can cope. After it, leads start slipping between people, and moving later means rebuilding history that was never written down.

Do we have to set everything up before we can start?

No. A new workspace opens with lead statuses, lead sources, eight lost reasons, a five-stage pipeline and business hours already filled in. Scoring, assignment and approval rules are written out but switched off, so you can start working leads first and turn rules on when you are ready.

Can we bring across the spreadsheet we use today?

Yes. Save it as a CSV file, match its columns to lead fields and import it. Consent columns are supported, rows whose email is already in DigiPix Flow are skipped, and imported leads can be sent through your assignment rules or kept with you.

Can it work with just the founder at first?

Yes. Leave every lead with the founder, then add people as you hire. When the first reps join, an assignment rule can share leads in turns between them, and a rule pointed at a team includes whoever is an active member of that team each time a lead is routed.

Can we reply to buyers on WhatsApp?

Yes, through your connected WhatsApp Business number. Messages to and from a buyer stay on the record that holds their number, and an approved template is used once Meta's 24-hour window has closed. WhatsApp messages do not create new leads; enquiries come in through forms, ads, IndiaMART, the lead API or an import.

How is DigiPix Flow priced?

Pricing is in rupees, and you start by talking to a specialist who sets the workspace up around how your team sells. Tell us how many people will use it and which channels your enquiries come from, and we will walk you through the options.

Is our customer data safe?

Sign-in supports multi-factor authentication, which admins can make compulsory, and roles and permissions decide what each person can see and change. An audit log records changes, and data is hosted in the Mumbai region.

Will it still fit when we have a proper sales team?

The same workspace grows with you: role-based visibility for team leads and reps, approvals for large discounts, duplicate checks, workflows and sequences. You switch each one on when the team needs it rather than paying for complexity on the first day.
